All Window versions from Win2000 to Win7 has the LNK vulnerability. The current anti-virus applications and fixes are of little help. This virus is a major problem.
I am not going to go into the fixes for this as there are plenty of those on the Internet. I instead is going to tout Linux.
I have been using Linux for the past 15 years for my personal use and in the Enterprise setting finding that it has met all my requirements, and you could too.
