Geekness and the fate of our country

You may say what does geekness have to do with our country? Well, lets look at that.

I was listening to the news this cloudy Sunday morning after I watched some church, and heard that Monday - our tax and spend president is going to announce his tax plan to raise 60 billion dollars for his health plan by taxing companies and wealthy individuals. This will raise the cost of goods even higher.

Already the cost of living has required multi-incomes in a family to pay for housing, food, and other essentials for living. I have seen where a man could earn $2.20 an hour that paid all that plus the purchase of a new car. This is no more and has been for a very long time, but what our president wants to do will make it even worse.

It is true - elections have consequences.

CALL YOUR ELECTED OFFICIALS AND SAY ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. STOP THIS INSANITY!!!

You may wonder what this has to do with geekness. Well if it costs more to live there will be a lot less money to be a geek.
